These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clarisia.net (the "Site"), operated by Clarisia. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Using the Site

Clarisia's guides, articles, and resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to read, bookmark, and share links to our content. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content as your own without permission.

2. Content is general information, not advice

Everything on Clarisia — guides, articles, and the Notion template — is general productivity and organization content, shared for informational purposes. It is not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional where that's what you actually need.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, guides, articles, the Clarisia name, logo, and visual design — is owned by Clarisia and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Clarisia Notion template, once purchased, is licensed to you for personal use; it may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged.

4. The Clarisia store

Purchases of the Notion template are processed through our third-party store provider. Pricing, availability, and checkout are subject to that provider's own terms. We'll always aim to be clear about what you're buying and what it includes before you purchase.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to distribute harmful or unlawful content.

7. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee the Site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific situation.

We may update these Terms as Clarisia grows — for example, as the store or other features launch. We'll update the date above whenever we do, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
